HOW ONEDOT HELPED

The existing product data, a mixture of master data and transaction data, was prepared first. For each manufacturer, existing product data has been reconciled with newly requested manufacturer catalogs, such as existing keys such as EAN or order number, or other product attributes. Duplicate entries or products offered additional enrichment challenges, and there was no additional target data, just a target scheme. WEKO also had a complex set of rules for filling standard attributes of furniture, such as color area or material surface, which determines how these attributes must be filled depending on the product type.

This was the Onedot software trained on different batches; a variety of other requirements made the training of the software and the processing of about 20 manufacturers per run a challenge.
